The High Consistency Disc Refiner, developed by our company can be used widely in the production of chemical pulp, chemical mechanical pulp, waste paper pulp. It can work as equipment of high consistency valley beater and refiner disc.

This machine features firm structure and high rigidity compared with the normal refiner disc. It can automatically adjust the consistency of the pulp, clearance of disc refiner, display of the disc refiner and quick action structure of the refiner to ensure the quality of the grinding pulp. Due to the less fluidity of the high consistency grinding pulp, the continuous, well proportioned, quantitative feeding will be the precondition to ensure the stability and quantity of the grinding pulp.    

The main body of the machine is jointed by carbon steel, and its touching part uses the stainless steel (316ss).
