Equipment Function:

 

1, By change cutter and synchronizing wheel can produce 2 size of the sanitary napkin.

 

2, Needle disc, tooth chip crusher, can crush whole processing, unprocessed rolled pulp.

 

3, Cotton core compaction, backflow, seal facility for produce 2 sizes sanitary napkin, are all set up in the production line

 

4, The base film, surface materials center open/roll, change meterial by hand

 

According to customers’ request, we can change to equipped to full-automatic production line..

 

 

Structure and configuration:

 

1, Main transmission use combination mode of the gear box, differential mechanism, and cardan shaft

 

2, All components use synchronous belt and gear transmission.

 

3, The main press&cut roll use cardan shaft to transmit, easy to equip and ensure the tool’s working life.

 

4, Bearing, low voltage electric appliance synchronous belt use China famous brand, plat belt is import from Switzerland, PLC use Mitsubishi, the Open/roll inverter use Dandoss from Denmark.
