This machine is suitable for separating and cutting the material of BOPP, OPP, PET, CPE, PVC, etc.  

1) This is the vertical slitting machine, and the unwind and rewind is on the same side, and equipped with the single general controller, it is convenient for operating. And the main motor adopts inverter control.

2) Unwind tension adopts magnetic powder brake control5 kg/m 1 setand rewind tension adopts magnetic powder clutch control(5 kg/m 2 sets)

3) It is equipped with the waste edge material winding instrument.

4) Unwind is automatic error-correction,photocell is used for tracking color materials.

5) The length of feeding is auto-count and auto-stop.

6) The cutter instrument is manual controlled, and matched with flat knives.

7) Unwind shaft is 76mm air shaft, Rewind is 75mm (Ningbo Dongtai).

8) 4 pressing rollers (rubber roller), the measurement is up to our customers.

9) Main shaft and press shaft is manual controlled, and the transmission rollers is balanced adjusted.

10) Rewind shaft left and right abutment use the gear down. (High speed rewind without gimbal.)
