Description
Tubular type sterlizer is characterized by a wide and accurate sterilization temperature. Its suitable for sterilization of various juice and beverage, specially high-fibre beverage and juice with pulp. Such pineapple, peach, pear, apple, strawberry and orange. It is also suitable for low-acid or neutral beverage sterilization such as pinenut milk, yoghurt, tea. Tubular type sterilizer has a good sterilizating effect on fruit sauce with weak fluidity and high viscosity.

Performance
High heat tranmission coefficient: Tubular type heat exchanger, marerials and heat exchange medium all work at the state of turbulance to craete high heat-exchange rate, reducing scale formation and lengthen the continous working time of sterilization equipment.
High heat efficiency: More than 90% of thermal energy can be recycled after heating materials.
Automatic control: The system adopts PLC and touch screen interface.. Once the button is pushed, it works automatically from self sterilization of equipment to material strilization.
