Cool the wet granules with high temperature with counter flow principle, avoiding cracking by quencher by direct contact of cold wind and heated materials;

It adopts wind stopping device to feed, air mixture in the feed inlet is avoided. Adjustable conical material spreading unit is set, and material arrangement is equal.

New type octagonal cooling bin has a better cooling because there is no dead space for material; speed of vibrated blow down unit is adjustable, and it has such features as smooth discharging, stable motion, no residue, and unnecessary to sweep off when a new one is replaced.

Temperature of finished products is not higher than 3°C~5°C of room temperature after cooling.
