Stirring System

Adopt dire ct-connected mechanical upper stirring system;

Stirring Paddle: standard 3-level and 6-flat-leaf paddle special for fermentation, height of paddle leaves can be adjusted (can require for changing different types of stirring paddles according to different requirements of fermentation technique); push-type mechanical defoaming paddle with harrow

Air Pre-filter: 316 SS polished casing, filtering core, material: hydrophobic PTFE film, filtering accuracy: 0.1μm, air flow 0.05m3/min

Air Fine-filter (sterilization filter): 316 SS polished casing, filtering core, material: hydrophobic PTFE film, filtering accuracy: 0.01μm, air flow 0.05m3/min

Spinner Flowmeter: LZJ/LZB Series air Flowmeter; manual control range of flow: 200~2000L/h;

Valves: all adopt 304 and 316 SS ball valves and  diaphragm valves

Pipelines: all adopt 304 and 316 SS polishing pipes
