The inner fermenting tanks are adopts stainless steel 304 , using polyurethane as insulating layer . The cooling jacket adopts dimple jacket . The jacket are provided at tank body and conical bottom to effectively increase the cooling speed . The outside scarfskin is according to the customers' requirements . U can choose stainless steel polishes , mirror polishing or satin polishing . Adopted the international standards of fermentation technology . All of the joints ans interior surface are adopted mirror polishing to aviod dead corner . Completely meet the demanding of PLC and sterilize system .
In addition , heating exchanging eara of the jacket of defferent proportions and conical angle of the bottom can be allocated according to customer' techbological requirements .
