ZDL-150 High speed Plastic Bottle Distributing Machine

Working Principle:

Bottles are placed into the hopper and then each bottle will be transferred into a 800mm centrifugation hopper in order to export bottles in a horizontal way. The bottles with onward opening will be turned 90° by a auto turning device and then becomes the bottles with downward opening. By the acting force of a stop lever, downward opening will then be turned into backward opening. However, for the bottles with backward opening at the beginning, they will pass the auto turning device and stop lever. A holding device will hold the bottles and move to another turning device. Bottles will be turned into standing positions after passing through this turning device. And then, bottles will be transferred to the conveying belt in the production line by a holding belt.
