EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION:

This RDL-350 Double Soft Alu Packaging Machine combines the advanced structure characteristics of the packaging machinery home and abroad, which belongs to the new high-tech production. The production is mainly used for AL-AL blister of the medicine (tablets, capsules and abnormities), and it also can be used for solid articles in chemical industry, light industry and food industry, such as nutrient pills, capsules etc.

Main Function:

Alu-alu blister forming, material automatic filling, filling detection, alu-alu hot-sealing, waste detector, cutting; automatic encasing of alu blister and manual sheet, waster automatic eliminating.

Capabilities and Characteristics:

1. Its mechanical structure is simple, convenient for adjustment, easy in operation and maintenance.

2. It has much better sealing effect, resisting moisture, a voiding gas and UV injury, thus prolongs to quality period of the medicine being kept.

3. It adopts frequency to control the main motor.

4. Its performing mechanism was built and fixed on two vertical plates, one being on the frontward and the other being at backward these two plates were rested on double supporters, which have enough rigidity to keep itself working reliably and stably when running at high speed.

5. It can print the batch numbers automatically and cut the breaking lines vertically.
