has been favoured by the Maori people as a seaborne delicacy.Later is was recognized that the mussel also offers some important health benefits

 

In the clean waters of the New Zealand coastal aereas the mussel is grown in large numbers.

Immediately after harvest, the mussel is frozen and freeze dried to protect the precious ingredients

as there are vitamins, minerals and trace elements.
