Brief introduction of Neohesperidine
Neohesperidine is extracted from bitter orange, and it is a pro-material for Neohesperidine Dihydrochalcone, which is of high sweetness. At the same time, neohesperidine be of anti-oxidantion effect.
Neohesperidin is a bitter,white to almost white powder. Melting poins at 236~237°C. It is easily soluble in hot water,hot ethanol,insoluble in ether.
