Application of Pullulan in Cosmetics
Pullulan is a linear homo-polysaccharide of glucose that is often described as α-(1,6) linked maltotriose, secreted primarily by strains of the fungus Aureobasidium pullulans. It is a white, odorless and tasteless powder.
