Product Description:

For more than ten years, Shenzhen Houyuan Medical Equipment Co.,Ltd has engaged in the research and development of extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy(ESWL for short). Our product, YC-9200 extracorporeal shockwave lithotripter is the newest model of the combination of electrohydraulic shockwave sources and B-ultrasound. So far, hundreds of medical organizations, home and abroad, are making use of our lithotripters which have win the vote of our customers in virtue of its good effect, reliability and security. Besides, many hospitals are attracted by its following advantages: scientific parameters, stable functioning, simple installation, convenient operation and competitive price.

I. Main Characters

I)       Electrohydraulic Shockwave Sources

The main features of electrohydraulic shockwave sources are its high pulse power, perfect discharge waveform, low discharge power, good results but less pain to the patients. Electrohydraulic shockwave is the primary choice for many domestic hospitals because of its long history, advanced manufacturing techniques and technologies. At present, lithotripters of electrohydraulic shockwave account for 90% of all the lithotripters nationwide.

II)      Locating by B-ultrasound

By applying a B-ultrasound set, the steering sets of the lithotripter can locate the stone and focus on it. The excellencies of B-ultrasound locating system are as follows: a) no radiation onto doctors nor patients, b) whole-course monitoring, c) no need for special protection.

III)     Reflector

It can make 3-dimensional motions, like up and down, back and forth, or left and right. It can also move around the second focus, and the probe of the B-ultrasound machine can do linear motion along the central axis that crosses the second focus. Therefore, location becomes easier and operation becomes more convenient.

IV)   The computerized case management system(enhanced setting)

It can record the diagnosis, treatment history and other B-ultrasound image information of the patients.

V) Electrode

Electrode is an integrated electrode, ready to be replaced, with no need for proofreading.

II. Main Parts

I) The elliptical reflector

Highly precise and focusing accurately, the elliptical reflectors of this model are designed and produced by a well-known domestic war industry,

II) High voltage switch

It is made by our own techniques and characterized by a long life-span, broad modulation, as well as convenient maintainance.

III) High voltage capacitor

We apply excellent non-inductive capacitor that can produce good discharge waveforms.

IV) High voltage transformer

With a small volume but high security, it is manufactured by means of Vacuum epoxy technique.

V)  Electrode

It is very convenient to use and can be inserted directly.

III. Main Technical Parameters

1. Power supple: single-phase AC 380V±10%, 50Hz±2%, Electricity: ≤ 2KVA;2. Pressure range of the second focus: Pm=20Mpa~50Mpa3. Energy range of the second focus: 12J~16J

4. Pulse width of the second focus: ≤1ms

5. Rising edge of shockwave of the second focus: ≤0.5ms6. Distance between the second focus and the upper port of the reflector: ≥110mm

7. Focusing area of the second focus: radial: ±7mm; axial: ±12.5mm

8. Modulation degree of displacement: x, y, z: ≤1mm

9. Electrode life: >2000times of shockwave emission;

IV. Main clinical characteristics:

I) It is adaptive to the treatment of kidney stones, ureter stones, as well as bladder stones.

II) Stones with the diameters less than 3cm can be taken into account. But stones with diameters less than 2cm should be done through one or two times, and the ones more than 2cm should be treated by stages.

III) Probe of the B-ultrasound can make linear motions along the second focus of the reflector and the distance can be known by reading the staff guage. Location can be done through comparing the two distances: one between the probe and the focus, the other between the probe and the stones.

IV) Probe of the B-ultrasound can be taken out from the fixation so that preoperative check or after-operative check can be commenced.
