Ingredients

Pickle, Green, grocery, Vegetable Oil, Salt, Chilli, Ginger, Garlic, Fermented Glutinous Rice, Distilled Spirit Suger, Fresh Essence Ferment

Cooking direction:

1. Clean and cut about 1kg fish into slices or lumps, mix well with the fish salting flavoring(20g) and cook wine(10g) or a little white spirit, it is ready to use in 10 minutes.

2. Pour about 0.8kg water or bone soup(better just cover the fish slices) and a bag of the seasoning into the pot.

3. Cook till it boils, then add the prepared fish slices or lumps and cook around 3-5 minutes.

4. Sprinkle the shallot on it (the amount of the shallot according to your favor) and you can serve it.
