Turnip red pigment 

Turnip red pigment is the Natural pigments extracted from the red-core radish that has been picked, washed, chopped, digested, filtrated, concentrated,  spray drying.

The main coloring matter of the turnip red pigment is the anthocyanin which contains geranium element.
