1 .Instruction

Metallic glaze is made by special technoly. Asit is produced with selected raw materials and qualified technical control, metallic glaze is stable and bright.It is widely applied to rustic tiles,wall tiles,polish tiles and roof tiles.

 2.Features

It can be divided into three different temperature:high,medium,and low.

And mang types of colors,such as golden,silver and champagne.

4.Using Method

a)Fineness

Metallic glaze  100 %

 water                80 %

 STPP                0.2 %-0.5 %

Cmc                   0.1%-0.5%

Ball-milling to 250 mesh, sieve residue is 0.2%-0.5%(100ML slurry)

b)Proportion can be adjusted to be 1.3+ -0.1 in use

c)Glazing quality :For 600*600 tile,120-160g/piece

For 300*300 tile, 30-40g/piece

d)Metallic glaze can be used for mould tiles separately.

Can be printed(rust,hole-gold)above the metallic glaze.
