1.  INTRODUCTION

2.  FIELD

It can be used in all kinds of emulsions, water basic coatings, the coloring on the wood, long oil alkyd, wood stain and high solid alkyd paints.

3.  USAGE

It is very necessary that we test the acceptance and color development to certify the color and the side effects to your materials before first mixing with a coating. Please solve your problems by additives or consulting us.

The colorant should be well stir by hand or machine without any solvents before using.

After mixing with the coatings, well stir by hand or machine without grinding or dispersing.

4.  RULES

You can choose the colorant that would be used the minimum quantity.(the maximum is 4 pieces, white plus 4ps of colorants)

Whatever, the colorant with inorganic pigments should be your best choice.

RH602 is applied to deep color for exterior application and light color for interior application. If exterior use, the best proportion (between RH602 and Titanium oxide) is less than 1/3.

YH607 is applied to deep color for exterior application and light color for interior application. If exterior use, the best proportion (between RH602 and Titanium oxide) is less than 1/10.

To the coatings that contain high PVC(more than the limited quantity), the best choice is inorganic pigment colorant

To the coatings that contain silicate dispersion or silicate emulsion. The best choice is inorganic pigment colorant.

Light resistance: 8class is best, and 1class is bad;

Weather fastness: 5class is best, and 1class is bad;

Chemical resistance: 5class is best, and 1class is bad.

The color card is not the acceptance standard, but they are the best nearby colors.
