API high pressure tubing spool
Tubing head and tubing spool are for hanging tubing and sealing the annular space between casing and tubing.
Features:
u Secomdary seal between tubing hanger ang reducing flange can be O ring sealing , grease-injection BT sealing or stiff metallic sealing.
u Sealing between tubing hanger and tubing head can metal-metal stiff sealing , special synthetic rubber sealing or metal plus rubber seal.
1 Designed with a grease injection valve port and a leakage testing interface.
2 Tubing head bottom sealing includes O ring sealing grease-injection BT sealing and stiff metallic sealing.
3 Tubing hanger and tubing head reducing flange can be designed with a cable penetrator and a port for downhole safety valve controlling cables.
4 Side outlet connection can be screw type or RSA flange type, with VR thread for easy valve-replacement operation.
