It can produce the sealed color water pipes through forming the colored steel sheet and whipstitch it.

It adopts PLC control system, AC frequency conversion speed-adjust technology, therefore it can automatically

cut to length. This is  the original color steel down pipe forming machine in China with various freedom

Main components:

This down pipe forming machine mainly consists of an unpowered decoiler, a roll formingsystem, cutting equipment, a protective cover, a hydraulic system, a control system,and two product supporters. Curving pipe forming machines are complementary equipment for

these machines, which can be used to curve and neck down the pipe. The whole machine adopts

cam control to actualize automatic produce, the angle can be adjusted manually.

We can design and manufacture machines for forming different profiles according to customers' requirement.

Workflow:

Decoiling the sheet   → Sheet guideing  → Roll forming  → Measure length → Cutting the product →product to the supporte
