Many of our spiral pipe mills have been supplying pipes for the West Gas East - very famous and big projects in China. Our Spiral Pipe Mill can make pipes up to 3 meters in diameter, 25.4mm in wall thickness, 18m in length, API 5L X-80 in steel grade, and 33mts in pipe weight. We offer three options of spiral pipe plants:1) Short millOn-line pipe welding;Stop the mill during coil joining;Low investment and low production capacity 2) Flying carriage millOn-line pipe welding;Coil joining is done on the flying carriage in the pit, thus pipe forming and welding will not stop during coil joining;Higher investment and higher production capacity 3) Flying carriage + 2 step welding systemCoil joining done on the flying carriage in the pit;Tacking welding + final welding stands;Welding speed significantly increased, thus high production capacity, especially for thinner wall pipes where tack welding speed can go up to 6 meter/minute;Higher pipe quality due to 2 step welding;High investment
