PE Carbon Spiral  Pipe Production Line:

 This production line is mainly used to manufacture PE spiral pipes which are largely used as protecting sleeves of optical electric cable, and they are increasingly used in fields of electricty, telecom, post activities, constructions of express way, port.etc. These pipes are characterized by high intensity and tenancy, erosion resistance, constant shape and easy transportation and wxecution, etc.They can be processed and bent into long pipes with various radians. Owing to there adcantages, they are very popular with clients engaged by many fields.

   The special detachment type mixing screw and the standard designed die with spiral structure & reasonable channel are applicable to produce pipes with smooth inside and outside face. The helix apportionment style diffluence body and big flow space assure the melting material has enough stay time. Optimal low melting temperature result in little internal pipe stress, smooth inner and outer pipe surfaces.

      Unique sizing and cooling mode is capable of producing pipe scope 50-200 mm,production speed is up to 0.6~1.5 M/min

 Features:

1. adopt single screw extruder is especially used for producing polyolefin products, and the specialized seoarating type mix-melting screw possesses featyres if high speed and good plastization.

2. The pipe die head just designed in standard, and the reasionable flowing path ensure the pipe smoothness of the inside and outside walls. The way of assembling the die head is designed according to the clients's requirement, which saves much room.

3. for the copper sizing sheath and teh powerful inhaling vacuum device contribute to high extrusion of the pipes

4. Then tank is made of stainless steel and automatic controller is used to control the liquid level..The peculliar spraying nozzle brings about effective cooling and the motor ensures longitudinal movement and three -dimensinal adjustment in terms of the directions of upward, downward, left and right.

5 The sizing and cooking mode enable the machine line to manufacure pipes whose diameter range is from 25mm to 200mm, at a speed of 0.8 to 1.5 meters per minute.
