 Application and Features:

Plastic pipe production line mainly use for producing PVC pipe with different diameter and wall thickness, for the application of agricultural water supply and Building Water Supply and Sewerage, communication, cable duct and core foam.This production line includes conical twin screw extruder, vacuum sizing table, tractor, cuter, and stacker. Can accord different specification of conical twin screw extruder, GF series auxiliary equipments produce different pipe with different diameter,  vacuum sizing tank. Equipped with stainless steel vacuum spray sizing box, two-three steps spray cooling system. Introduce the Import circulating pump, vacuum pump, traction motor. Traction adopts the Frequency conversion stepless speed. Frequency converter adopted original imported parts with the traction methods pedrail, three claws, and six claws. Can chose saw cutting or planet cutting and it is available for fixed-length automatic cutting. This unit with the reliable performance, high production efficiency, easy operates.
