  The spiral welded pipe production line was designed to manufacture spiral welded pipes, either from the same size of the steel strips to different diameters of pipes or from different widths of steel strips to the same diameter of pipes.

The process flow of the production line:

  Loading coil → Uncoiling → End straightening and feeding → Five-roll flattening → End cutting and butt welding → Disc edge cutting → Strip surface cleaning → Finish edge milling → Delivering → Pre-bending → Guide board device → Forming → Inner welding → Outer welding (Inner and outer welding seam automatic tracking system) → Sizing → Centralized guide → Pipe cutting → Repair welding → X-ray testing → Hydrostatic testing → End facing and beveling → Ultrasonic testing → Weighing and measuring → Antisepticising → Mark spraying → Storage

   We have many models spiral welded pipe production lines. The produced spiral welded pipes satisfied API-5L, GB9711.1-1997, SY/T5037-2000 standards and other related. They could be used for oil and natural gas pipeline, low-pressure water pipe, city gas pipeline, thermal electric power network, urban construction pile pipe, industrial structure tube and so on, to meet the needs of various industries and the needs of different occasions.
