Duct Manufacturing Auto Line II consists of a feeding meterial frame leveler-grooving rolls,hydraulic notching and punching square equipment.The electrical is controlled by computer.This control system has loop feedback system,with highter manufacturing precision and stability.The maximum working speed of the manufacture line is 16m/min.The length tolerance is±0.5mm,diagronal line is±0.8mm.

Line II can not only be used for duct production but also for TDF(transverse duct snap flange system.)Combining with LTA-12,pittsburgh lock machine,folder and shaped clip,the duct manufacture auto line can produce high quality ducts.
