ONE.Product description :
HDPE pipe production line/PE pipe line/PE pipe extrusion machine is utilized to produce HDPE pipe with diameter from 20mm-630mm which is used in the aspect of cable laying, water supply, and sewer etc. It can also be utilized to produce PP, ABS, PE-RT pipes after by changing mould
TWO. General composition:
HDPE pipe production line/PE pipe line/PE pipe extrusion machine is mianly made up of Plastic Pellet Automatic Charger, spring feeder, single screw extruder, smaller single screw extruder for extruding the mark line, mould, vacuum calibration tank, spray cooling tank, Two Caterpillar tractor, automatic intelligent ink printer, Cutting Machine,stacking bracket and control system.
1. it adopts the HDPE, PE, PE, ABS efficient extruder . the screw has speical structure of
barrier and mixing head. The notched barrel and the speical screw give good plastification and mixing efffect. Otherwise , the basket co-die is suitable for making polyolefines large diameter and thick wall pipes such as HDPE, PP and ABS not only assuring high speed stable extrusion but osle realizing the smallest stress brought by low melt temperature and high pipe quality.
2.it adopts efficient vacuum calibrating technology and spraying cooling flume in order to increase the finished product rate by ensuring the stability of diameter and roundness and meet with requirement of production for high speed. Water temperature and level can be auto-controlled. Spraying system with high intensity ensures the even cooling of pipes.
3.it adopt s a multi- caterpillar haul-off machine. Each caterpillar is driven by a dependent AC servomotor with even pulling forece the driven technology of digital controller realizes a precision speed adjustment so as to increase a high synchronicity.otherwise, multi- caterpillar haul-off machine is linked with extruder and controlled by PLC. Hauling off speed is stable.
4.it adopts a cutting machine with the high speed and prcecision design . it cutting section and flat and smooth. A strong dust collecting device is provided for minimum maintenance. planetary cutter ensures low noise and strong scrap absorbing device ensures a clean working condition.
5.The whole line adopts PLC control system and large liquid crystal screen, which makes the operation very convenient. The line can be equipped with another extruder used for extruding the mark line.
