(1) Main Drive system is that servo motor drives sprocket wheel, and then the sprocket wheel drives 50 preforms to carry out high speed location.(2)The preform managing machine arranges preforms in order, then the feeding system separates preforms into 2 pieces as one group from two rows, and then puts the preforms into the heaters.(3) The heating system heats preform and controls in constant temperature.(4) Blow moulding system stretches the preform and blows it to the moulding shape after main drive system finished the location.(5) The Robot takes out the bottles blown from the heater.(6) Preform managing mechanism separates preforms into two rows and sends them to distributing mechanism waiting for being feeded.(7) Human-computer interface-touch screen is the working platform for operators to control the machine, which includes 4 kinds of interfaces with 11 menus, they are operation interface, monitor interface, parameter input interface and alarm interface.HGA series Blow molding machine adopt Mitsubishi PLC of Japan as Central Processor Unit.Mitsubishi Motor Servo system is adopted to do high speed location.It’s very easy and convenient for Human-computer interface to operate and control the machine.It could control each running of the system in any time, automatically test malfunctions, which is convenient to maintain the machineBlowing process:    (1) Putting preforms into hopper    Putting the unpackaged preforms into hopper; the conveyer belt automatically raises preforms to the preform managing part, and then, the preforms are arranged in the preform guide rail in order. The arranged preforms automatically get into equipment by gravity. A particular way is adopted by preform managing part which realizes the completely automatic control of managing process, which is efficient without damaging and locking performs.     (2) Temperature adjusting     Robot puts preforms on the heating central spindles, preforms rotating in constant speed obtain reasonable temperature distributing by passing heating zone continuously. The intelligent control instrument adopted by infrared heating system enables each infrared light to control temperature respectively. Neck protection device in heating zone is an elaborate design, which helps the neck avoid effect result from prefom heating. The heating temperature of each light is displayed and operated by digital gauge that is direct, convenient and swift.    (3) Stretching and blowing     Cylinder guide rail mechanism precisely controls mould opening and clamping. The simple and firm mould frame makes mould replacement much more easier and convenient; The locking mould boost system is particular. Blowing parameter of each cavity can be conveniently controlled by touch screen, which has good function of trouble diagnosis. Special structure of blowing mouth guarantees stability of sealing under different blowing pressure. The self-innovated way of blowing control improves the qualified rate of products.    (4) Taking out bottles    After blowing, the Robot automatically takes out the bottles from the heating central spindles and passes them to conveyer belt, which ensures the continuity of producing. Finally, the bottles could be unloaded to storage from conveyer belt.
