YCQ full automatic bottle blowing machine is controlled by PLC system. The whole preocess from preform converying to bottle forming is full automaticlly. YCQ series bottle blowing machines consists of three parts: preform converying systems, oven part and blowing/pulling part.

Heating System
YCQ series adopt infrared ray heating mode, which has superior heat radiation and thermal penetration ability to make the machine reach the required temperature in the high-speed working condition. There are infrared ray tubes in three heating areas. With the corresponding independent voltage adjustment module and computer control system, it can provide ideal heating effect for different types of preform. The level position of each infrared tube can be adjusted so that the flexibility of the machine is grearly improved.
Preform Conveying System And Bottle Demoulding System
The preform conveying system of YCQ full automatic blow machine is specially designed. Firstly, it will flip the manipulator to load the preform in the preform stent. Then after heating, the manipulator puts the heated proform into the bottle blowing platform. At last, the preform will demoulded with the manipulator after blew.
