YZJ-5L series belongs to dual-station with single die head to six die heads. It is safe, automatic and professional in producing various different hollow products with high output. It is applicable to raw materials such as PE, PU, PVC, PP, PA, PS, PFTG, PC, ABS, EVA and the like, and could produce plastic hollow products in the range of 0.5L-5L with the daily output of 5,000 to 50,000(24 hours). The products are widely applicable in the fields such as cosmetics, petrol, chemical, medicine, food, toys, car components and the like.

1. Automation and human-machine operating interface; A human-machine interface monitoring screen is used to provide simply and convenient manipulation.2. A ball-type rectilinear-flow guide rail design is employed for the movement of mold to ensure excellent performance, low energy consumption, and high efficiency of the machine. 3. Reinforced rear-frame and up-down device; screws can be moved back and forth and from side to side. 4. The special design makes it possible to produce an additional transparent line with double colors or double layers. 5. A bottle-taking manipulator can be fitted to provide higher safety and efficiency in operation. 6. Parison control, automatic deflasher, cold cutters, auto cutting unit, conveyer belts and automatic rim charge crushing and recovery systems are provided as options.
