In order to increase the capacity of the industrial shredder, Harden industrial shredder equit with two separate motors to drive two separate shafts, one motor driving one shaft design make each shaft has more powerful strength. To upgrade the protecting of gearbox, industrial shredder install a shaft coupling between the shaft and the gearbox, the shaft coupling will break when the shaft suffer a super hard material, ortherwise, the action will transfer to the gearbox directly.

 

 

3. Industrial shredder have the hooks on the rotor-knives, they will pulled the material in and cut them between the knives of the two opposed shaft. Industrial shredder are suitable for pre-cutting of large amounts of material, or bulky materials like film, scrap tires, random plastic waste or drums, e-waste.
