ZIPPER EXTRUDER

  Usage:

1. JL45 B is an improved type of JL45A, Which is designed and manufactured by ourselves.

2. It can produce various zippers in different shape through changing moulds,.

3. This machine consists of a main extruder, mould forming, forming through cooling water at a constant temperature, a dehydrating device, an air-drying device, a zipper sealing device, an automatic winding device, etc.

4. Moulds have advantages of flexible structure and easy to fix them to the machine.

Characteristic:

JL45B is an improved type of JL45A, mainly for high-end user.On the basis of JL45A, JL45 B increases a cooling water device to form the zipper at constant temperature, a dehydrating device, an air-drying device, and a standalone zipper sealing device.JL45B adopts the cast aluminum heating ring, and the filter net of the mould adopts the integral type one, which is easy to unpick and wash. The winding part adopts frequency controller to improve the quality and output of zippers.
