The pu casting machine consist of bridge cutting machine ,they are used for injecting plastic in slot of aluminum. This plastic is mixture of A-glue and B-glue ,it play a part in thermal barrier.
Injecting mixture of A-glue and B-glue in slot of aluminum ,then waiting for solidifying .After 30 seconds ,cutting bridge part by bridge cutting machine.
Process method is simple ,but high output.
Its function is the same to strip insertion ,but its fast and more stable than strip insertion ,output is improved great and has less fault.
