ONE.Production line description :
Wood Plastic profile extrusion line is designed for extrusion of Wood-plastic compsoite profiles by the material PE, PVC or UPVC . These profiles are widely used in the building industry as home and office decorations, window or door frame, rails, outdoor floor boards, clapboards, windowsills, ceilings, chair back boards, transportation pallets, railway crosstie, vessel bay, furniture, office equipment etc. this production line speical for making window and doors
TWO.General composition and flow chart :
The PE material or PVC material are mixed togather with wood powder under high speed and high temperature in mixing uint , then mixing material will been made into plastic- wood composite granule by the special structure of conical twin screw extruder . subsequently, plastic wood composite granules will be feeded into single screw extruder and extrud into required shape by mould . it will been in final product through auxillary equipments.
so the complete production line divide into two parts: plastic- wood composite granule making production line and plastic- wood composite profile production line.

THREE.Main advantages:
(1) The main machine and tractor adopt German SIEMENS frequency controller.
(2) Temperature controller adopts Japanese famous brands of RKC in order to achieve accurate controlling.
(3) Vacuum calibration table adopts water circular seal energy-saving system equipped with central watering and quick joint in order to change different mould conveniently.
(4) Calibration table can use 4m, 6m, 8m and other size.
(5) Drawing machine adopts caterpillartractor in order to guarantee the stabilization and no-transmutation of extrusion course.
(6) Auto-sticking film machine can guarantee the smooth of the extrusion product surface.
(7) Cutting machine adopts synchronization tracking structure in order to guarantee the section's smoothing and no-hiatus.
(8)This machine has the feature of low waster of energy, good performance, high speed and high efficiency, atc.
(9)The finished products produced by this machine has he feature of good surface, stronger
compression resistance, light and heat stability, low size-changing and ageing resistance.
