Direct drive helps to improve power transfer coefficiecy ; to provide mechanical safety when shearing and pinning.
4. Transmission system
Hardened gears , transmission and torque fulfilled from one gearbox , imported NSK bearings , imported oil seals, gears lubricated inside the gear box.

5. Extrusion system
Screw length 28-56mm, screw diameter 71mm, screw speed 50-500rpm, screw element made of high-quality alloy steel W6Mo5CrV2, surface hardness of HRC 58-60 after heat treatment, barrels made of 45# forgings,with bushings made of α101, surface hardness of HRC 60-64 ,screw element and mandrel using involute spline connection .
6. Temperature control system
Copper and aluminum heaters are used at different places outside barrels according to request, all stainless steel cooling system, temprature controller of RKC imported from Japan, precise temperature control , imported solenoid valve .
7. Vaccum system
Vaccum and exhaust ports are set according to process, vaccum up to -0.04-0.08Mpa, all made of stainless steel.
8. Control system
Main switch and other low-voltage equipment using products of imported brands ; PLC or PCC control system can be configured according to users’ requirement . Main machine is a variety of chain control system.

Integral welded steel frame , no need to have strict ground base for users, stainless steel housing , built-in insulation.
10. Screen changer system
