Configuration

1. Reduction gearbox of main machine :  225 Reduction gearbox of hard tooth face

2. Drive motor of main machine : 30Kw

3. Screw of main machine : 125 mm*L2200mm (ratio of length to diameter: 1:18)

   (Barrel and screw are used 38CrMoAlA by nitriding treatment)

4. Discharge die of main machine and Manual Rotary pass through mode

5. Reduction gearbox of vice machine :  180 Reduction gearbox of hard tooth face

6. Drive motor of vice machine : 11Kw

7. Screw of vice machine : 105mm*L950mm ( ratio of length to diameter : 1:9)

   (Barrel and screw are used 38GROAIA by nitriding treatment)

8. Extrusion mould head of vice machine and Die changer is motor-driven

   (screen plate: 220, electric motor: 2.2Kw)

9. One Stainless steel cooling water tank,(L2500mm*W350mm*300mm)

10. One Granulator (200 type Granulator, Drive motor : 2.2Kw)

11. One electric cabinet

      (Automatic temperature control device for all hot spots, Drive motor of main machine is configured Frequency Control, Drive motor of vice machine is configured Frequency Control, Drive motor of Granulator is configured Frequency Control)
