Talon Type Granulator Feature:
Special hopper is designed sheets crushing. Special blade fitting for hard, normal, soft and thin material. Steel structured box, cast steel knife holder, and high quality tooling steel knife are all firmly fastened with high-strength steel screws for long service. Cascade cutters have higher efficiency for crushing; "claw" typed cutting tools reduce cutting force but increase crushing ability. Thus it is especially suitable for those hard and flexible materials such as nylon and engineering plastics. Modile screen mesh is easy to install or disassemble for cleaning and changing colors. Before and behind the machine box there is sound-insulating layers to minimize the influence of noised to the environment. Double sealing devices are set in the crushing chamber and cutters are closely matched to prevent powder from lesding into the bearing block so as to protect the motor from overloading.
