The agglomerator is used for PP,PE films,chemical fiber,poly,nylon and other materials to be pellets.

Agglomerator adopts friction heating principle , it can crushing and granulating various kinds of plastic film all in once. It's an ideal device to turn waste film into profitable granules easyly and quickly .Power by three-phase motor, driving by triangle belt, this device make the fixed blades and moving blades moving across and cut film material into pieces, in the meantime ,moving blades turning with high speed so the material forms a whirlpool because of centrifugal power. the friction between material and machine inner wall produces light heat which makes the material slightly plasticized. Then water will be added to make a sudden cold so the materials becomes granules.

PP/PE films and bags agglomerated, PET films agglomerated, fiber agglomerated.
