Introduction of product:
SJ-201 white master batch is to choose rutile titanium dioxide do the main raw material, and the general polyethylene as carrier, add a variety of chemical fertilizer, after high-energy mixed refining into high levels of environmental protection white master batch.
Performance of product :
After the titanium dioxide, carrier and additives mixed, White master batch is produced by the high performance of the double screw extrusion mechanism. It has stable color, good dispersion, and it’s environmental and non-pollution.

Application scope and Application method :
(1) It is suitable for a high-demanding to the color of the plastic products, and working environment demand is neat.
(2) The addition rate is at 1-6%, depending on the specific product demand.
(3) It is used in thermal polyolefine, like HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP etc.
(4) It’s apply to middle and low-end requirements of the process such as injection, extruding, pelletizing, blow, pipe, drawing etc.
Food grade masterbatch can be used for food-contact package or products.
Specially for film products.
