Additive CaCO3 Masterbatch

1. EC11B: 75% exquisite CaCO3 powder, can be used in film and bottle, whiter than EC11C.

2. EC11C: 75% exquisite CaCO3 powder, can be used in film and bottle.

3. EC12B: 78% normal CaCO3 powder, can be used in film and bottle.

4. EC21B: 80% exquisite CaCO3 powder, can be used in film and bottle, whiter than EC21C.

5. EC21C: 80% exquisite CaCO3 powder, can be used in film.

6. EC31C: 85% exquisite CaCO3 powder, can be used in film.

7. EC32B: 85% normal CaCO3 powder, can be used in film.

Masterbatch Application:

1. Film (shopping bags, casting film, multilayer film, micro film, milk flm, packing film, perforaed film, sanitation towel film, OPE film, T-shirt bag, plastic drum, pipe tap, food packing, medicine packing, etc.)

2. Blow moldig (medical& cosmeticcontainer, Lubricant & Paint container, etc.)

Masterbatch Suggested Additive Ratio:

5%-40% for blow Film/ injection/ blowmolding

Masterbatch Package, Transportations and Storage:

1) PE heavy-duty bag , 25kg / bag.

2) Transportations according to non-dangerous goods. Note to avoid moisture,insolation and breakage.

3) The product is sensitive to moisture. No problem to store in original packing bags. Make sure to use the product immediately after open the packing bags. If it has moisture problem, Dry it by hot air recycle machine under 90°C for 60 minutes.
