FN305

FN05 is the special purpose antiblocking master batch for BOPP film, it has excellent optical property and can reduce the friction coefficient simultaneously. Furthermore, it can not only avoid the blocking phenomenon during the rolling process, but also can adjust the movement and antistaic property of the film which contains other addition agent to make the rolling and split more swimmingly.

Physical characteristic: It is a kind of free-flowing particle, containing 5% glass bead with the average diameter 4.5μm (laser method), the carrier of the FN305 is BOPP rank homopolymer polypropylene.

Application:FN305 contains valid antiblocking agent, high quality synthetic silica has been applied to the surface of the film which can avoid poor influence on film property.

Suggested addition rate:The suggested addition is from 1.5% to 3%. The ideal addition rate should be confirmed through the experiments and which will be affected by the film processing parameter, crystallinity of the polymer, storage condition, temperature, time and the requirement of the facility.

Compatibility:Excellent dispersity in PP.

Packing:Water-proof and moisture-proof paper complex bag will be adopted. The standard packing weight is 25kg per bag.

Storage:There will be no questions if the product is stored in the original packing bag, seal measures should be taken carefully after the original packing bag is opened. The shelf life is about half a year under the highest room temperature 25°C , but higher storage temperature may affect the usage quality of the master batch.
