It is one of Plastic modifier with superfine, high-quality nanoscale calcium carbonate and talcum powder as the main raw material. Through the carrier, silane coupling agent, compatibilizing agent of optimum combination, has the good compatibility. It is a high performance and low cost filling master batch .

Performance of product:

(1) Its mechanical property: improve strong degree, hardness and wear resistance of product. (2)The master batch low prices and energy-saving features that can significantly reduce the cost of finished products. (3) Processing properties: can use normal processing equipments; do not need to change the original equipment. (4) After adding SJ-103A,the effect on product performance is small, but its light transmittance is much higher than film add ordinary master batch, and printing performance is better. (5)It is an ideal additive: non-toxic no stimulation, do not affect mechanics sexual performance,and it is more excellent than ordinary additives .

Advantage of product:

Loss of the mechanical properties is smaller than other master batch. After adding SJ-901B, the finished product will meet FDA food-grade requirements

Application scope and Application method:

It can be widely used in the injection products field such as fast-food, PP injection molding, PP sheet, HDPE tubing and so on. Generally recommend adding amount to 20% to 65 %, also can according to specific requirements to choose the proper add ratio.
