KEYSUN 2100 VCI Master-Batch (anti-rust resin ,anti-corrosion resin ) is a specialty anti-corrosion PE Additive to produce VCI film for metal parts with Extruder Machine.  We melt the Keysun-2100 VCI masterbatch with  PE masterbatch according to the ration at certian temperature, and then we use Extruder machine to extrude them into VCI film. In addition, KEYSUN-2100 Master-Batch can also be used to produce VCI Bubble Wrap, VCI Foam and other packaging materials.

KEYSUN 2100  VCI Master-Batch provides corrosion protection for all types of metals. The automotive industry, steel industry, Marine Industry and the military are some major consumers of VCI protective packaging materials to prevent their metallic parts and equipments from corrosion especially during shipping and long term storage.

Inner packaging is aluminum foil bag ( 25kg/bag , 50kg/bag ) , outing packaging is cartons.
