Filler for Transparent Film Application

 TA52– pelletized concentrate made by extrusion method, is a product of complex chemical composition, formed by the mix of natural and chemical components. It is a blend of fine mesh talc and resin.

The masterbatch is intended for filling and modification of polyethylene products. 

Application

TA52 is applied in production of blown film products such as transparent shopping bags, roll bags and so on.

Recommended filling ratio: 10-30% depending on the specific product.

Application advantages

     2. TA52 is easy to disperse, stable quality.

     3. Reduces equipment wear due to low abrasion of talc platelets (talc’s Mohs hardness is only 1)
