Can work by itself or work with die casting machine and sprayer to form a full automaticproduct line. Adopting the PLC to control loop.

 

1. Special Z-axis beam design is able to carry additional 30% of weight load and better tension compared to other conventional structural designs.

2. The arm are gripping on both side of main beam, it provides stable moving on the main beam, suitable for removing the automobile part, household pallet etc from injection molding machine.

AD Series Servo Medium Traversing Robots are suited for catching products from 850 to 4000 ton horizontal injection molding machine, which is also used to remove runner from three pieces mould with assistant arm. Its driving modes are frequency motor driving and servo motor driving. Telescopic arm type is available and pneumatic driving is adopt on both vertical and crosswise axis. Its stroke and position could be manually adjusted (standard type) or elec-trically adjusted (option type).Provide the standard equipments.
