Features:

1.The Control System  PLC programmable controller & touch screen panel for fully automatic production which include material feeding>>heating>>vacuum forming>>sheet slitting.

2.The  Control Section   The main parts are imported from the major supplier,they are Schneider,SMC,Festo,Airtac,Bosh Rexroth,Panasonic, Sanyo Denki,etc.

3. Heating System   The ceramic infrared heating elements are controlled by SSR individual with 99 digital switches to ensure the temperature of sheet is precisely and stablely managed.

4.Additional Functions   High output 10cycle/min, high pressure forming up to 2 bar , speed of material transport up to 1500mm/sec.

6.Material Transport    Twice upper mould;Twice vaccum;Vacuum delay;Muto-vibration;Stroke of upper & lower table can be fine adjustable;Speed of material transport is controlled by digital setting and the maximum  speed 1500mm/sec.

5.Control Mode    Manual and automatic.
