Five-layer Biaxial Oriented Tension Product Line

Five-layer biaxial oriented tension product line is applied to process and
produce biaxial oriented shrink films. This line consists of extruder, mold, first tractor
(including vacuum sizing), water slide heater, tension machine unit, setting oven,
rotating tractor, mainframe plateform of winder (including cooling roller device).
Working principle of this line
As the technical requirement, choose resin and put it into the extruder,
then the extruder extrudes the plasticized resin into a 5-layer co-extrusion mold, which makes the resins into tube blank.
The primary tube will be set through vacuum sizing of the first tractor under the quick-cooling situation. The first tractor press the primary tube into film belt and tow out the belt.
Through technological adjustment, it reaches the expected requirements.
To this moment, the working procedure of film belt is finished.
