Structure features

φ 65 extruder, the material of barrel and screw is 38CrMoAl, FUJI smart temperature control meter, the temperature error is ± 1 °C

The die head adopts helical runner invented by ourselves, which could distribute the material uniformly and meet the production requirement of several kinds of HDPE or PP.

45 °  slant cutter device to cut the product into square net.

It adopts hollow flotage stainless stell mandrel.
