Air cushion film machinery adopts one step method that is capable of producing air cushion thin film in a continous way

1. Extruder

 1). Plastic extruder screw φ75mm×32, 1 set of ABB Inverter, power: 22kw

 2). Output: 70kg/h

 3). Air cushion film forming rool size φ6×3, φ10×4, φ28×10, one pcs each

 4). One set of flat bush, including the full set of cast aluminium electric hot plate(one set) on the extruder

 5). Water recycling vacuum system (1 set, and on the former)

    6). One set of air cushion cutting equipment (on the former)

 7). Former hauloff using 2.2kw ABB inverter

 8). One set of air cushion flating table

 9). One set of double turning rolling macine(the length is set by meter)

 10). Each one set of automatic feeding equipment and drying hopper

2. The capacity of full set machine

 1). Plastic extruder, motor power: 22kw, barrel heating 32kw

 2). Flat bush heating power :27kw

 3). Forming machine, rolling machine and vacuum pump is about 10kw
