HSFP-2400 Full automatic horizontal PU foam production plant can manufacture various kinds of PU foam, from 6kg/m3to 90kg/m3 density. It can produce general sponge, high-resilience foam, super soft foam and memory foam.

The production plant using Siemens PLC and 15" touch screen HMI, Pump and Mixing head control by Siemens inverter driver, it has high precision speed control function.
