1. SAFETY:

A.Burning directly. In our process, it is firstly transferred through waste gas recycle system and a 

safe device spray gun. Before burning, we should ensure the safety of production.

B. Pressure gauge, alarming device and safety valve.

2.Environmental Friendly

A. Effective water deducting system can avoid black smoke.

B.The exhaust gas will be recycled for heating reactor to save energy and no pollution. 

C.Every junction of the reactor is in good sealing situation with professional sealing material.

D.Waste liquid: Producing waste acidic water in the process of oil disposing (50kg process from 1 ton of oil) can be counteracted with alkalescent liquid. After three stage of filtration, the litmusless waste water was introduced to evaporate.

E.Waste solid.The solid residua will be left in the reactor. Its main component is black carbon.
