Waste Plastic Recycling Line

 Waste plastic recycling line can easily wash waste plastic products from beginning to finished products. Waste and dirty agricultural films and waste packing material or hard plastics can be treated step by step by this facility. 1. Belt convoy: Waste plastic  feeding.

2. Crusher: Plastic crushing.

3. Frame: we can design the diameter of the hole according to customer’s requirement.

4. Screw loader: Scrap conveyor

5. Floating washer: Cleaning plastic and separating remained dirt and dust.

6. Screw loader: Scrap conveyor into hot washer

7. Hot washer: Connected with steam boiler. Steam supplied into washing tank to heat water and scraps. Meanwhile add caustic soda and cleaning chemicals to remove dirt and oil from plastic. 

8. Screw loader: Scrap conveyor         

9. High-speed friction washer: Get rid of dirty waste and oil.

10. Screw loader: Scrap conveyor

11. Floating washer: Cleaning plastic  and separating remained dirt and dust.

12. Centrifugal dryer: Dewatering

14. Storage silo: Storage silo for scraps
